“Two days before Thanksgiving...No sign of stress or weariness here!! All employees were on the floor helping and sharing greetings. The lady in the meat department was filling the frozen shrimp and asking if I was aware that what I had was not the sale item..she helped me find even more than I needed. In the produce department- it was full and fresh..and associates were very pleasant and helpful. Customers were happy and discussing all of the great holiday sales. I thought it couldn't get any better until I reached the check out. The cashier was so friendly and James was bagging..I wasn't quite ready with my order and James took me to the Customer Service area where Diane was trying to make my stay as pleasant and worry free as she could. Thank to James and the staff I finally completely my Thanksgiving prep. Needless to say Publix will always be my Thanksgiving stop- and every day in between. “So glad they put a Publix closer to us in Chuluota. The store is clean and organized. The employees are very helpful and go out of their way to help you. The only complaint I have is when I order a sub online for pick up I keep receiving soggy sandwiches even though I have the condiment sauce on the side in a packet. The only reason I can think of that would cause the sandwich to be so soggy is they don't use a slotted spoon when doling out the ingredients that are sitting in a water base such as olives, banana peppers etc. The bread is so soggy and dripping liquids making the sandwich messy and less tasty.”

While on an aisle a really nice and polite guy named Rene who according to his name tag is a Grocery team leader asked me if I needed help finding anything.
