“I want to say a big Thank You to Mark from beginning to end throughout the booking process of this property. It was smooth sailing from the day I requested to book to the day we arrived. Excellent communication from Mark with detailed information on how to check in, check out, and full of other important information. I asked a lot of questions, and Mark always answered them promptly. My wife and I stayed from 4/27 to 5/3. We just arrived back home 4 hours ago, and now I am writing this review because its all worth it. We were able to meet Mark's wife and son. Wonderful family. They were nearby in their own unit, and never intrusive. The unit has a courtyard which is shared by other unit renters. THE COURTYARD IS BEAUTIFUL. Mark did a really nice job with all the decors. We felt like we were in a nature private getaway due to the way the palm trees etc were set up in the courtyard. Very green and nature like. There were two grills, tables, chairs. grilling utensils etc. Just enough for everyone to enjoy themselves. My wife and I was able to grill out two meals while we were there. Even though the courtyard are shared with other units, every time we were in the courtyard to grill, or hangout, it was just us. Very private feel. The kitchen is beautiful with nice appliances, quality granite counters, and great looking cabinets. All the cooking utensils are there with spices, virgin oil, pots, pans, and so on. My wife was able to cook us dinner for two of the nights there. The bed was very comfortable!! There are tvs in every room. The main living room has a 50" tv. Wifi works fast! I was mainly using wifi whenever I am in the unit. It has great range too because when I was in the courtyard, I was able to pick up the signal from there. Other items like beach towels, bath towels, soap, shampoo etc were provided. Also, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach cart were provided as well for beach activities. The beach is right across the street from the unit. Basically the property is near the beach, local restaurants, and shops. Great location!! My wife and I love traveling, and honestly this property is one of the best we stayed at. Clean, quiet, comfortable, convenient. I am very grateful to have find this rental, and can't thank Mark enough throughout the entire process. Thank you for opening up your doors for us. We greatly appreciated it! We will be back for sure! 5 Stars indeed!”

“My 16-year-old son and I parasailed over the Gulf with Parasailing the Pass and my wife went along for the scenic ride. We had an amazing time from start to finish. The paperwork was easy, boarding was fun and safe. Captain Tony is a pro and Mike was great as his 1st mate. They informed and entertained us. The ride in the sky was a spectacular experience. We immediately spotted dolphins as soon as we were lifted off the boat. Then we saw a sea turtle. It was a smooth ride with a perfect standing landing. The trip back to John's Pass was very enjoyable. I highly recommend Parasailing the Pass.”

“Great tour. Excellent staff. Our guide was a Marine Biologist and local resident. Her extensive knowledge of the Sarasota Bay Estuary made for a fun and interesting couple hours. Since it was spring, we were able to see the Seabirds in their rookery. Another part of the tour had us using a net to capture, discuss, and then release some flora and fauna. Kids will love the "hands on " experience. We also saw several Dolphins.”

“We booked our tours online and when we showed up there was a glitch in the system and it didn’t transfer our reservation( group of 12 ). Chris was excellent to deal with. He helped us get it all figured out and then moved things around to be able to take our entire group on a tour. The trip was fantastic. Chris was very funny. “Gary took 8 of us on a private trip to Tallahassee from Jacksonville after hurricane Dorian forced our game to be moved. We had no way to get to Doak Stadium and were worried we may miss the game but Gary came through in a big way for us. He secured us a luxury 9 passenger van and arrived promptly at 7am so we could make the 2 1/2 hour trek to the game. The van was very clean and he was thoughtful enough to include coolers with ice and some cold drinks for us to enjoy on the ride. He also let us charge our cell phones and told us interesting stories about the Jacksonville and beyond area. We enjoyed his company so much that we insisted he join us for the entire game once we arrived to Tallahassee. I plan to bring my wife and son back to Jacksonville soon and when I do I will definitely be taking another Tour with Gary. He was without a doubt the best guide ever and really came through for our group. More than a guide I now consider him a friend. Thanks Gary! A+”

“Super friendly staff! Hotel was close to shopping, dining, and beach access. Robert was knowledgeable about the area, offering several dining options as well as entertainment. Check In/Check out were easy and communication with him made after hours check in a breeze. Rooms are smaller (if you’re doing a bigger family vacation) but would be absolutely perfect for a couples get away. Living room area has a futon that my two oldest kids slept on while my youngest and I slept in the bedroom. Decor is cute and the amenities were great. Overall our stay was absolutely perfect and will definitely be one we come back to again!”

“We chose the Electric Bike Siesta Key Sunset Tour and had a great time biking from one end of the beach and back. Then we stayed there and watch the sunset together. Chris led us and Loretta stayed in the back to make sure everyone is okay which make us feel very safe. Chris also takes pictures for us along the way and we have the most beautiful sunset pictures on the beach. Tips for biking: Paddle at first to get used to the bike before going for the electric part, always have 3-4 fingers on left hand (at least) for the break. You can paddle and use the electric at the same time it would just go a little faster.”
