“This place is amazing. You will not be bored in this house. There are so many things to do. The pool and lazy river is one of the coolest things I've seen. The water slide was so much fun and really fast. Also the clue escape room was so much fun I didn't want it to end. I cannot wait to try one of there other houses! I left my brand new phone on one of their busses and figured it was gone but they called me and told me two days later they had found my phone! Enter Holly, an incredibly kind and caring woman that works for this company. She answered when I called about my phone and because I usually work during their business hours, she so kindly offered to meet me at the office and give me my phone even after hours. But she didn’t stop there, Holly offered to meet me somewhere a little closer than where the office is located so that I didn’t have to drive as far… so working out of office hours, and literally making my life a little easier, that is honestly hands down the best customer service I have ever received in my life. So thank you so very much Holly for helping me out how you did. Also, a big thank you to the employee that turned in my phone. Incredible employees, great customer service… what more could you want?”
