“Compassionate care at a reasonable price. I have two elderly cats that have been patients at New Tampa Animal Hospital since 2019. One is diabetic and on daily insulin shots. The other requires a special diet. The Vet and all of her staff are always friendly. The place is clean compared to many other vets I’ve taken them to over the years (no “wet dog” smell). The care my two fur babies receive is outstanding. Highly recommend!”

“I can't say enough about this place. My Golden Retriever had to have emergency surgery in the early hours of the morning on a Tuesday and was in the hospital for about 10 days after. Even during an incredibly scary time, I felt so much peace about his care. The staff are so compassionate and understanding. They truly care about your pet and treat them as their own. They updated me regularly, answered all of my questions attentively, and gave me thorough discharge instructions when it was finally time to take him home. “I have known Dr. Swanson for many years. He has taken care of all my animals since I moved to Callahan in 1992. No matter what time I called him he got me right in. I will never forget when my beloved cat Clovis had an embolism at 930pm. He was in pain and horrible distress and Dr Swanson took me right in and unfortunately Clovis had to be euthanized but I was so thankful to get him relief from his pain. I couldn't take it. Dr Swanson was very compassionate and gentle. I'm just so thankful for him still being around.”

I found BUT BRANFORD PET CARE HOSPITAL which was an hour away and they didn’t turn me or my sick pup away! Although they had full availability, the polite and overall wonderful receptionist squeezed me in. Wait time was little to none and they took me right back to figure out what was wrong with my dachshund. Pricing was also reasonable! I'm a fairly new customer and let me tell you, they have been part of our lives quite a bit for the past few months taking care of our sweet 12 year old cat, Ziggy. I found them out of desperation for a suspected Urinary Blockage on a Saturday and even being a new patient they made space to see our boy. Let me tell you this was a blessing to our fur-baby's life since they are very accommodating, professional, knowledgeable and extremely nice. From the moment you get there you can feel the staff really cares about the well being of your pet and to be honest of your sanity too. Dr. Parra has to be the best veterinarian I've had in my life! She takes her time to explain what is happening to your pet, make sure she answers all your questions while also going over the treatment plan. I've had fewer interactions with Dr. Bethany but she is super knowledgeable and helpful. This vet clinic really goes above and beyond and truly loves what they do. They are wonderful and they have gained a loyal customer and I 100% recommend this clinic to any pet owner.”

“So glad we found this place! We are very pleased with the service and Hennessey actually likes to go. This was not the case where we’ve previously been. 75+ lbs and I’d have to carry him in. At this clinic everyone is friendly. You can tell they genuinely like animals and their jobs. The Wednesday walk-in clinic from 9-11 that is offered for shots, nail trim, etc…is wonderful. My dog has extreme allergies so this clinic has really helped to make it more affordable. Appointments are available and easy to schedule. Give them a try! I suspect you’ll be equally as pleased!”
