Update:. I want to commend the young man Michael who waited on me yesterday for his exceptional customer service. I decided to treat myself to a pumpkin cream cold brew to celebrate my 65th birthday. I love this Starbucks, and the staff here, but Michael made the best pumpkin cream cold brew I've had yet. I was feeling a bit lonely on my birthday, and Michael made my day.
(Previously) Customer service is amazing! I was a frequent customer two years ago, until my work hours changed, and I hadn't been back since then. I stopped by again a week ago around 9AM. Carson, barista, not only remembered me, but also remembered what I always ordered two years ago (my usual order back then was a little unusual). HE MADE MY DAY!!! Pumpkin cream cold brew is my super star drink now. I've got to have at least three of those a week now.
