“Course is in superb condition, especially for the price, great value! All holes are a challenge, including lots of water hazards, and strategically placed bunkers. The views on every hole are breathtaking. Worth noting even the carts run quietly and are in great condition. Grounds crew were laying mulch at the tee blocks which is a sign of a course well cared for...it will be even better once the patio and dining areas reopen!”

“Chris is amazing! He listened to all my concerned and goals. I currently work 3, 12 hour shifts a week and i am constantly on my feet. My job requires everything lifting to sometimes running. My biggest concern was being sore and not being able to do my job fully. Chis pays close attention to form, making sure you aren’t straining and you are doing the workouts correctly. His work outs focus on different areas and he puts a lot of thought into your training. He provides a variety of workout equipment to keep the body guessing. He also helps with diet modification & checks in with you regularly! He’s really amazing!”

“I have been a participant in the newly-introduced Advance Performance Center at Advance Rehab for the past several months and it has made a tremendous difference in strengthening my core and generally, just making me feel better. I have been a client of Advance Rehab Kingsland/St. Marys for the past several years following both knee and back surgeries. Like many folks my age, I pretty much won the lottery when it comes to arthritis. Arthritis is one of the most common diseases in this country. Millions of adults and half of all people age 65 and older are troubled by this disease. However, I have found that my back strength has improved tremendously since I started the Transitional Program at Advance Rehab. The Transitional Program is exactly what it means; it is intended for the individual wanting to start an exercise program after completing a course of physical therapy. Under the direction of Mick Janusko, DPT, Director of Sports Performance, I spend about 90 minutes twice a week, going through a series of exercises specifically developed for me by Mick.
