This is THE place for CrossFit! I love the community and all the instructors are so nice and knowledgeable! You never feel judged and when you’re new they pay extra attention to you to make sure you’re doing well! This place is GREAT for both newbies and experts.

"Home Away from Home"
I am visiting from Wilmington, NC. I came to spend some time with friends while Hurricane Dorian passes through. I love my home gym (CrossFit Carolina Beach), but the best compliment that I can offer is that CrossFit Holly Springs felt like being at my home gym. Everyone was very welcoming & supportive, and the coaching was great. I look forward to going back. People of Holly Springs are lucky to have such a great community!

I've been liking my time spent here. I've been learning new skills and getting more mobile, the coaches always patient and kind. The community of ppl here are solid, the facility spacious and clean. I've been going here for over a year and I've always felt welcome even though I'm certainly not a 'top athlete.' I recommend this place for anyone looking to make a significant lifestyle alteration.

Having never tried Crossfit, the coaching staff has been excellent. Patient, caring and very good at scaling to prevent injury. My first six months has been great and I'm becoming part of the 'family.'
