The Carl Hawthorne Team, featuring Stacy Steinberg, was superb in meeting my family's needs. Stacy, my real estate agent, made selling my home and buying a new one remarkably feasible and, not to mention, financially rewarding. I bought my new home in November 2020, on the cusp of the housing boom, and sold my old one in January 2021 at a price that exceeded my expectation. I must say Stacy was very knowledgeable of the housing market in metro Atlanta, and she and her team proved extremely beneficial in getting my old home prepped for resale, while negotiating a fair price on the purchase of a new one. Furthermore, she worked tirelessly to ensure that the new home I purchased was one that my family and I greatly appreciated. My experience with the Carl Hawthorne team has been awesome. I had decided to sell my house without a realtor, but after talking to Brittany Williams, she explained to me that using a realtor would get the house widely advertised and generate more interest. and that they would do all the negotiations to get me top dollar. Once I turned the sale of my house over to them, they went to work immediately setting up showings and scheduling open house. 24 hours after my house went on the market. we had multiple offers above the asking price. their professionalism showed as they negotiated with prospective buyers to get a contract well above the asking price. I would highly recommend this team for anyone ready to put their house on the market.

Emily is amazing!! She was dedicated to helping us find our home and we felt like she truly had our best interest in mind! Unfortunately we were not able to find a home but Emily was by our side until the very end and gave us so much helpful information on the home buying process and the market. She was also extremely flexible when working with our schedules as me and my husband both work in retail so it was hard to find the time to go see homes. I would highly recommend seeing Emily for all of your real estate needs!! She’s seriously the best!!!
