Dr Saima is a brilliant neurologist and a wonderful human being.
On multiple appointments, when I was with her, she gave me 110% of her attention, did not make me feel rushed, answered all of my questions and explored every option to get to the bottom of my health issues and their remedies.
She surpassed all of my expectations regarding my care.
I recommend her highly to anyone looking for an outstanding neurologist.
PS: I feel so sorry for those patients who had less than great customer service. May be the office was going through staff changes or something similar resulting in customer service issues... (I hope and believe the office has rectified the customer service issues)
I received great customer service. And even if I received lesser than great customer service (which should not happen to any patient...), I personally would still go to this neurologist because IMHO, while customer service is important to me, the competence and compassion of the doctor is way way more important to me.
While there should be no excuse for providing unsatisfactory customer service (or any reason to accept it), giving the neurologist or her entire office poor ratings, solely based on customer service, IMO, is not fair to the neurologist - particularly when one is happy with her quality of care; and BTW, it's also not fair to those patients who are looking for a really good neurologist, because such a review could deprive these patients from finding the excellent neurological care that this doctor provides.
