Sadly, this time I was so ready to eat I forgot to snap y'all a pic (trust me it looked so yummy 🤤) the grits were creamy and the Catfish was crispy and the tartar sauce was just right. (after having smoked for 40 plus years) I knew I would need help to stop smoking b/c in reality I didn't really want to quit, but I needed to for my health. I asked if we could cover drinking too, as I knew that would be a trigger for wanting a cigarette. She said, "No problem." And that was that. Understand, I still have that "urge" occasionally to smoke, but I won't act on it, somehow. I just won't do it. The drinking part? I never even think about it, period.
