Everyone works as a team, and it is not uncommon to find the management staff pitching in as needed. The Resident Services Director, Kirsten, has been very helpful in customizing my dad's care plan to fit his needs, and having her team execute on it. The staff also does a wonderful job decorating the place for numerous events and holidays!”

“I was absolutely blown away today with the attention to detail and quality of inspection Dave did and the quality of work Barry did for us. We hired another pest control company earlier who trapped the rat in one of the ducts and while trying to take it out they dropped it inside the duct and created a nightmare for me. Two AC duct companies said they can’t take that dead rat out without cutting the entire ceiling drywall and spending lot of time. Barry with Wild Trappers came and spent 15 mins and his years of experience and took that rat out. It was like magic. I am blown away with the quality of work these guys do and how much they care about their clients. Also the amount they charge is very reasonable! “My sisters and I chose Phoenix at Union Hill for Mom & Dad after touring several assisted living facilities. We received a very warm welcome from Teresa (we LOVE her!) and she took time to answer all our questions and provided the assurance we needed to move forward with our decision that it was the right time to make this move. After seeing the 2-bedroom floorplan we knew it was perfect for our parents and that we had found their next home. What we didn't know at the time was that the staff would be as genuine and warm as Teresa. It took no time for staff to recognize us and greet us by name when we visited. If there is anything going on with Mom & Dad, they do not hesitate to provide a quick update in the hallways. My parents have made some wonderful new friends at Phoenix, and I truly believe this was a great move for them. They enjoy getting a cocktail in the pub with their new friends and sharing meals together in the dining room. There are far too many special staff to mention them all by name, but a huge thank you to Teresa, Brandon, Jamal, Ruthie, Sheri, Valerie, Nick, and Wanda for their welcoming smiles and genuine care for our parents’ well-being. The only negative has been that Mom & Dad don't always love the meals. However, it was just announced that changes are being made to the menu/meal plans and I am excited to hear great reviews from Mom & Dad. THANK YOU PHOENIX for providing a caring and safe home for our parents!”

Great options from a varied menu and creative drinks in a lively atmosphere with a mix of latin and euro music. Went with the coconut margarita and the fajita salad bowl this time and both were delightful. Service is attentive and friendly and it seems that there is leadership on shift at all times. Skip the franchise places next time you’re here and give Agave Azul a try.”

You can get your vehicle in reasonably quickly and they complete the service promptly and communicate progress, I have never had to nag call to get an update. They also honest, they recently made a suggestion they could do to correct something where most others would have tried to unnecessarily up-sell me. I highly recommend them.
