“I dealt with three staff members in reserving a storage unit and moving truck and when I picked up the truck on moving day. All three were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. They walked me through every step of the rental process, gave me expert advice on how to drive, load, and unload the truck, and thoroughly sanitized the cab before my departure.
