I have been a customer for over 20 years, I had an amazing service rep by the name of John Mannering. It was a bitter sweet moment when I heard that he had retired. While I will really miss him I "Congratulate" him on his retirement. I wish him the very best, very deserving. He provided exceptional customer service during my every visit. He was very professional, "very" knowledgeable, kind, patient and an employee that cared about his customers. John always had a line of people waiting on him during my visits. He had a big heart. Above all John was a family man who loved his family especially his grandchildren and for this I really admired and respected him. I will continue to have my car serviced at Toyota South, because I also appreciate the service received from the mechanics and other staff. John was an exceptional employee and I will remember his service and kindness always. Thank you Toyota South for employing such an amazing employee like John.

I'm from Virginia visiting my sister-in-law during the Thanksgiving week. Since she's unable to get around, I decided to take care of her vehicles while I was in town. I called Toyota South Atlanta to get the car in for a oil change and they quickly made an appointment for the next day. I was greeted at the Service Department by Jessie when I arrived for the oil change and she stated the car also had two recalls on the vehicle. I told her I was in town only for a couple of days and asked her if they could do the recalls while I was already there. She stated she would make it happen. I am truly relieved that we could get my sister-in-law's car completely done while I was in town. I appreciate your staff's professionalism in taking care of us in a timely manner and would highly recommend your dealership to others when buying or getting their vehicle serviced. Once again, thank you Jessie for your friendly, professional demeanor; you're a breath of fresh air!!!

I visited another dealership closer to my home, but Toyota South Atlanta again proved to be the better location. They were very professional, knowledgeable of their products, and worked with me like I was the only customer around. I would like to give a huge shout out to Mr Robert Anderson who made sure I was aware of all the details of my vehicle. He should be a trainer for others, as his salesmanship was stellar. Customer service is always the key to sell any product.

Had a very pleasant experience at this dealership. From the dealer, to the manager, to finance. It was not a painful process as I have solo woman dealership anxiety. Milton asked me to trust him in the process and I did. Barry didn't give up on me even tho I told him I was going to go somewhere else, but the most high was looking out and wanted to make sure I was in the right place. I was upside down in my vehicle and needed to be done with it. Didn't it was so bad until I went looking for another car. Even though I went from a minivan to a car I drive 27 miles to work daily and needed to save on gas mileage and save on maintenance to my vehicle. I went in for a 2020 Camry and thats what I left with, the show room car at that. I am very happy to pay for something that gives me joy and take care of it. Thank you Barry, Milton and Key for making me and the kiddos happy. They miss that van space, but I do not. See you guys at service intervals.

This dealership does a wonderful job of earning the business! I worked with Jose who provided great customer service and excellent follow up. The dealership fulfilled on everything they promised. I was impressed that after the service, Jose arranged for me to have another walk through of the features of my car because I didn’t remember everything on the day of purchase. I would start here first when I’m ready to buy my next car.
