Excellent customer service! Left with great information!

I have been with American Family Insurance ( Lavoris Swain) for many years (home and auto) she has always looked out for my best interest. I never have issues with this office. She really look for ways to try and save you money. She is professional and caring. If any changes she will explain why. Once I didn’t think I was getting the best and decided to test the water elsewhere. Big mistake… I was treated just like a payment and not a person. I called Mrs. Swain and was welcomed back like I didn’t ever leave… Call her she’s the best

From the very day I called to get a quote for my home The Swain agency made me feel like a priority. A few months ago added car insurance. When I called the agent made me feel like a matter. The put urgency on my quote and I got the best price offered. I love the agency. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been with American Family Insurance (Lavoris Swain Agency) since 2015. They have always given me excellent customer service. Lavoris continues to go over and beyond to make sure clients are treated with respect and professionalism. I have both home insurance and car insurance with the company. This company always attempts to get you the best deal for your money. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my insurance needs.

Ms. Swain has been wonderful since I first became a policyholder in 2016. Whenever I called the office and spoke to her or any of the agents there, they were always so warm yet professional. They always asked about how things are going my life and offered whatever assistance I needed. They are very prompt and get things taken care of for you at the time that you ask for it. It's great having a relationship with an agent that can offer you sound advice and not just think about what's best for them but because Ms. Swain actually cares about you she gives you advice based on what's best for you in your personal situation. After my car wreck, she informed me exactly what I needed to do since my vehicle was a total loss and continued to help me afterwards, which is why I chose to stay insured at her agency even after I lost my car and keep a renter's policy through her agency. I am so proud of what Ms. Swain has done on the south side. She has made a commitment to her community and she has been there and vows to continue to be there. She is a role model in the Black community and a model citizen and am glad to say that I support her and her agency. Thank you! Keep up the great work. Much love!
