I went there to get an estimate for car repairs bcuz I had spoken with Ernest over the phone of my concerns. So he suggested that I bring the car in to have it checked out ...free of charge. When I arrived there I was greeted very friendly and even the guy at the service counter was friendly. He listened to what my concerns were and helped me out a great deal. So overall the staff including the mechanics were friendly, courteous and helpful.

Great, friendly service. Didn't make me feel dumb about my truck. Helped me in a decent time frame.

I had a bad experience at the other location, but I was bouncing all over the place and needed tires quick. So there's different guys since the last time I stopped by for tires here. First off all I don't know where this new manager came from but I'm glad management found him. He got my tires in faster than anybody else could, but for the same price. He had the technicians peek at my brakes and front end for no extra cost. Everybody's customer service was much better than in the past. I was just an overall better experience than in the past.

I come here to get air in my tires when needed and the men that work tirelessly in the heat and cold always are there to assist. This time I came to get new tires and Jacob and Jason were nothing short of amazing! I can admit I don't know much about cars but I can say that the deal I received on my tires and alignment was an offer I couldn't refuse. They are two perfect gentlemen with a heart of gold! They have a new customer for life!

I went to Larry’s tire shop last week because my tire was flat. Jacob was able to place a spare on until I was able to come back a few days later to a purchase a brand new tire. Literally 3 days after getting the back tire replaced, I got a huge nail stuck in front tire (so frustrating)!

I went straight over to Larry’s shop the very next day. I do believe the frustrations of the situation was written all over my face, because Jacob said the most important thing to me, “ No worries, it may be an easy fix. Let’s just see what the damage is and go from there. Take it one step at a time.” Those words honestly meant the world to me in that very moment!

As a female, it is so important to me to find honest and caring customer service business when it comes to the needs of my car. The ugly truth is that there are some people who will financially take advantage of female customers because of there lack of knowledge about cars.

However, Larry’s shop was nothing like that. They took care of me in my time of need and helped to relieve my stress at a time I needed it most. Jacob and his team are extremely kind, and they are the perfect example of what an A+ business should exude. Amazing customer service, kind hearted, and very good prices. I’m not going anywhere else. I’m sticking to Larry’s from here on out for all of my tire service. Highly recommend!
