“I could not be happier with the service I received from Certified Auto Repair! I took my car in because my engine began to misfire and felt like it was going to give out every few miles I drove. My "check engine" light came on and I wanted to find a shop that I could trust to get the job done for an affordable price. I saw the great reviews online and brought my car in the next day. Upon arriving at the repair shop, I noticed that it was completely packed. I went on a Wednesday morning and there were already 12 cars ahead of me. When I explained the problem to the mechanic at the front desk, he immediately knew what was wrong and took down my information. He let me know it may take a while to look at the car because they were very, busy but I was in no rush, so I left the car with him and caught a ride home while the car was in the shop. I was extremely surprised when he called me 1 hour later to tell me what the issue was and asked me if I wanted them to work on it. Long story short, in no less than 3 hours my car had been fixed for an AMAZING price and I was driving my car back home the same day. I cannot thank them enough. They were extremely professional, diligent and made sure my car was up and running promptly. I highly recommend this shop for all of your car repair needs. You won't be disappointed.”

“I'm impressed! Before I went there I looked at their reviews online and the service ended up being much better than anticipated. I went in for a replacement battery. They switched out my battery and replaced it with a refurbished one. They tested my current better when they took it out and tested the replacement before and after they installed it for free. The test after installation have me peace of mind as it relates to my alternator. And to top it off, they gave me a free 30 day warranty on an "as is" battery! It doesn't get any better than that! “I came to this location because someone had hit the back of my Suv and i could not get my back (gate) light to come off. My husband works near this location and when i took the vehicle to him, he couldnt get the light to turn off either. I decided while driving home to just stop at this location for assistance, fully prepared to pay for them charging me, in this day and time. When i walked in, an employee was on the phone with a customer, whom he had on speaker phone. I mean, he never looked at me nor even acknowledged my presence. Two gentleman who walked out of an office (his name was Angel) approached me wondering if i was helped. Expecting to get the "run around from him", i explained to him what happened to me and that i could not get my light off in my car and he (shockingly) and politely asked to look at my vehicle to see what was going on. He went inside the vehicle and he was able to simply and successfully get the light to turn off. I asked him if i could pay him and he refused any payment. What a gentleman! So, customer service, i mean, honest and valued customer service is not "dead". I have to wait on my insurance to see about getting the work done on my vehicle. But if i had a choice, i would absolutely fight to get this location to fix my vehicle. Its very rare, to experience any type of good service with no expectation, of receiving anything in the end. Thank you Angel!!!!”

I know this because the other oil change places did not know how to even change on a smart car and these guys did the job incredibly and efficiently and even pulled my car in front of the window so that I can watch every detail. I work with a lawn service and a couple years back we were servicing some large apartments nearby and got a flat on a mower (exmark Lazer Z 60"), they were able to get us back up and running in short time at a reasonable cost. As one of the guys headed back into the shop after removing the tire, I asked him "You take cards?" He replied, "DOONNN'TT TRY ITT!" I thought that to be hilarious 🤣. I paid cash.
