The Home Depot

We came in today with plans of buying an appliance. With only one person working in that area, we were stuck in a long line of customers waiting on this one person to assist us all. We thought about just leaving and going somewhere else, but then Kevin from a different department came voluntarily to assist. (We had asked someone else earlier if they could answer a question, and they had said no). Kevin was very professional and helpful. He answered all of our questions and was able to get us checked out. What he was doing was not his job, but he did it with a smile. He is a great asset to your team.

This Home Depot has the best customer service. Today, Chad helped us find wall anchors and gave me a 101 tutorial on wall anchors (after I tried for 3 hrs of doing it wrong) and helped me find the perfect paint to spray the screws gold 😊. He helped tremendously and the customer service was beyond excellent. I’ve had similar experience with Mr. Mike at this depot as well. Thank you Chad and Mike for such great customer service!!!

Despite the parking lot being very full, I was able to get in and out of the store in a reasonable amount of time with everything I went to buy. I am not a big fan of the self checkout, but at least they had enough staff on hand nearby to help. One complaint... I wish Home Depot would stop clogging the main front and side aisles with product displays... it gets too congested.

I’ve enjoyed plant shopping at this store to find new additions for my butterfly garden. The cashiers are always friendly. I haven’t done much shopping inside the store, so I can’t speak much to that area, but I think they have a decent selection of outdoor plants, pots, gardening supplies, and houseplants.
