Best choice automotive

I was in dire straights. I attempted to change my low beam bulb on my Mercedes myself using the instructions on a YouTube video. Little did I know that it is not as easy as they make it out to be. I was not able to get the bulb reconnected and was so worried about getting a ticket. I called this mechanic and the gentleman was so nice and offered to look at my car right away. He was able to set the bulb without charging me a penny! I will definitely use him for any further repairs on my car and highly recommend him to anyone looking for great services.

I brought my 2012 Kia optima to best choice when my turbocharger had gone out. Initially it was brought to the dealership who wanted $2800 to do the repairs. Then I had it brought to best choice where Delman found me a rebuilt turbocharger with a 3-year warranty and with parts and labor completed the work for just over $1,000 saving me $1,800. The engine is performing outstanding and is running smoother than it has for a year now. While it was there deliman also changed my brake pads for me at a fair price as they were in desperate need to be replaced and again the vehicle is performing very well both the engine and brakes are performing at 100%. Also, the work was completed within 2 days of me giving them permission to move forward, so a very quick turnaround. This will be my mechanic moving forward and I can highly recommend best choice to anybody who needs work done on their import. I'm certain he does as good of work on domestics as well but I cannot speak to that at this time. One more thing, Delman took time to go over every aspect of the repair with me prior to doing the work and after the work was done he had my old part waiting for me to show me exactly what had gone wrong and gave me information on what to expect moving forward. I can honestly say nobody has ever done that for me before to show me the failed part how it failed, why it failed and what to expect from my vehicle moving forward. This is the only repair shop i trust. The owner, Delman, is an all around stand up guy. I am so thankful i was recommended to him! He has gone above and beyond to help me when car issues arise. I had the most positive experience at an auto shop I’ve ever had at Best Choice Automotive. The moment I pulled in I was warmly greeted and treated with the utmost courtesy. After I was able to explain the issues, Dave and his team immediately diagnosed the issue on the spot upon inspection and gave an estimate, which I’ve never experienced before. He then told me the day he could have it ready. I was very surprised and cautiously optimistic.
Well, Best Choice certainly delivered and had the car ready to go by exactly the day he told me. He also ended up doing some extra maintenance work which was not included and his original estimate became the final price. Needless to say, I couldn’t recommend them more as they truly care about happy customers, not just doing the work. I encourage everyone to give them a try first and trust me, you won’t be disappointed!
