(August 19, 2022, 5:25 pm)Kevin, the tech, was great! Cognizant of approaching rain so rescheduled our outside perimeter service. Came back 2 weeks later to reapply due to daily rain since the initial application. He kept in contact with me along the way. Also, Nate, the person that I initially spoke to when I called was very knowledgeable and informative. Great customer service and am seeing the pests treated for are disappearing from my kitchen!

If your other tech's come close to measuring up to his service then your Company is very lucky, I have had the pleasure of phone calls and texts with you Customer Service members as well and they have been great.
