We found Plum through search engines. The crew they sent out to install our carpet were excellent and very polite. The carpet and padding are amazingly plush and soft.

They come prepared with everything to complete the job. Our installer got straight to work and had everything removed and installed within 4 or 5 hrs. I would highly recommend plum, and will be back for more rooms.

We love our new Plum carpet. The entire process was so easy and the customer service they’ve provided has been excellent. I loved the convenience of handling everything online. The samples we chose were delivered quickly. Their chat team on the website answered all my questions and assured me that we would be pleased with the end result (and if not we would have 30 days to choose another carpet!) The carpet we chose (Meadow Ridge) is great quality and feels very luxurious. The extra cushiony pet-proof pad gives it a cloud-like feel. The installers they provided did a great job. I highly recommend Plum to anyone looking for new flooring!

First of all I will say we are very pleased with the quality of this carpet. The installers were on time and very accommodating to all of our requests. In addition to this they did an excellent job in handling and staging our furniture to give us pathways to maneuver. We would highly recommend this company.
