Apex flooring couldn’t have been more Perfect!
I called in crisis, they answered their phones immediately, went right to work to find me the next available appointment the following day, showed up on time, extremely professional, got right to work, explain the details of their work, included me from beginning to end, brought enough people to complete the work in one day. The workmanship is absolutely phenomenal. Excellent company. Javier, was extremely professional and easy to work with. He answered all of my questions and put my heart to ease. While at the worksite Roberto took over, he was just as professional and kept me informed throughout the entire project. Their team worked quietly and efficiently, making use of every minute. I felt so comfortable with this company.

We used Apex Flooring to remove the old carpeting we had and replace it with Vinyl planking. We also had them install new carpeting in some of the bedrooms. They did an outstanding professional job. Of the 4 bids we got to do the work. their bid was the best. Not only did the have the best price, they laid down more planking in my upstairs office (which is huge) and still came in considerable less than the other bids. Javier was great to work with, and very knowledgable about his products. We already had a wooden floor in the kitchen. Of all the sales reps we had look at the house, Javier was the only one who recommend we keep the kitchen floor and he would sand and stain it to match our planking that we ordered. He said it was good flooring and there was no sense in ripping it out. The entire crew was very gracious and hardworking. I seldom make recommendations for businesses, but I do recommend Apex with no hesitation at all.

Went to 5 different flooring companies out of all 5 apex was the best! Best price, best service, and excellent quality. Javier is great. Explained the process got me what I wanted. He kept me abreast of ordering process and availability. When there was a problem it was fixed without any problems. I am glad I went with Apex 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾. Will continue to use them for my flooring needs.
