  My experience at East West Family Dental was awesome! The staff greeted me with a smile and had a positive attitude. Checking in was prompt and seamless. Each hygienist explained every aspect of what would be done and was very thorough. Dr. Thomas was amazing! She went over my films, gave details and recommendations. I would definitely recommend it this dental group!

  This was my first experience with East West Family Dental. I was pleasantly surprised at the staff's friendliness. I appreciated Dr. Thomas and Ms. Faith's compassion (if you will) for the pain that I was experiencing. My only complaint is that not everyone without insurance can afford to payout $900 - $1300 for a cleaning before getting treated for their tooth issue. I have had dental insurance before through my employer and it sucked. Lucky for me, I could afford it. All I could do was to think if medical treatment, at the time of service, was based on full payment at the time of service, not too many people would be alive. Did I need a cleaning, absolutely. Was that my primary concern, no. But in order to take care of the primary problem, I had to take care of the secondary recommendation. Otherwise, great service.

  Wonderful experience today. My husband has health challenges, but the whole staff, from the receptionist to Jasmine, the x-ray technician, the dental hygienist and the totally professional and thorough Dr. Thomas addressed every one of our questions. LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!

  From the moment I walked in and encountered the receptionist to the thorough exams and the consultation everything was great. I felt like I was at home around family and friends. The staff was awesome and they continued to keep me comforted during my entire exam. I was a bit nervous at first due to the pain that I was feeling from my teeth but once I was able to go I felt 85% better. I love Dr. Thomas and the receptionist thoroughly going through my plan and making sure that I understood everything before I left. The service was so great needless to say my husband is returning with me on my next visit next Thursday.

  This was my first visit to this dental office. I found it through a Google search and it is only about 5 minutes from my home. The staff was friendly and they were very detailed in explaining everything and answered all my questions. I am not a real fan of going to the dentist, however, I will return for my next appointment, and future appointments. I enjoyed this office. Also, I am glad to support a black owned female business that I was satisfied with.
