Dynasty Elegance is a PURE DELIGHT! From the time you enter the door until you leave after your service you are treated as a VIP. Not only are they professional, but the expert knowledge that they have as it relates to hair loss is amazing. The private rooms provide a since of privacy that I was looking for.
