Bob Joann and Chip are the best people. Honest and trustworthy

For 7 months I searched auto service companies to rewire my 92 Cartier Lincoln town car with few miles. No one was able to handle it. I was referred to American Auto Services who took on the task of doing a complete interior wiring of the car. They performed the task with utmost excellence and in the time frame promised. The Dawkins family own this business and I cannot say enough about their quality of workmanship in this regard. Shortly after I received the car I drove it 3000 miles to Vancouver, BC in Canada and had no problems with it whatsoever. In fact it worked better than before. The charges were fair and equitable for this big task. I would strongly recommend them when others can't fix your car!

My family has been going to American Auto for over 10 years and have never once had an issue. Bob and Joann know how to treat their customers well and do quality work. I have only had my car their over night on one occasion and it was only due to the parts shop being closed for the holidays. I refuse to take my vehicle to anyone but Bob and Joann and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality auto service done in a timely manner.

Just saw the review posted below, and wanted to say something about my experience at Auto Repair Kennesaw GA- American Auto Service. I have been going to Bob and Joann for years, and so has my entire family. They are the sweetest people, and a family owned business. They have asked me to write a review about my experience, and I have done so in the past. They are not the type of company that would fake anything, but have obviously just asked other customers to write reviews about their experiences as well. It sounds like whoever would write something so mean is a competing business that doesn't have great reviews from their own customers. This is a great auto repair shop in the area, and I would recommend them to anyone in the Kennesaw area that needs any type of auto repair done.
