Scott Edwards is one of the best, most conscientious, hardworking, and truthful contractors I've ever hired. He is extremely thorough in his follow-through and desire to make everything right. His work is usually top-notch and if there is even the slightest problem, he is immediately on top of it and it is fixed to perfection. I truly cannot say enough about this young man. I highly recommend Scott Edwards and SafeShield. We were in need of gutter covers (shields or screens) and Scott provided excellent and thoughtful up-front advice (which resulted in us going with screens in our particular case despite my initial hypothesis that we needed shields). All aspects of SafeShield's service (communication, scheduling, inspection, installation, clean up, etc.) were handled very professionally. Scott is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and highly customer oriented. It's hard to imagine having a better customer experience. Even when we needed a few additional tweaks after the initial installation, he followed through with the same high level of service and care. Again, I highly recommend SafeShield.

Safe Shield came to our home and provided pictures of our chimney damage and explained how and why that happened. In addition, I learned what would happen if we did not fix the problem. So not only does he know about your roof, he knows everything else that could affect the value of your home in an area that we take for granted. He protects your most valuable monetary investment. Scott has done a number of different jobs for me on two different houses. Scott and his company are PROFESSIONAL from start to finish. They do things right and really care about customer service.
