Violet F. Stout Memorial Park

Beautiful Park and Trails! This place is going to be perfect for horses with an amazing barn and trails , wedding events, running, dog walking , large creek, over 300 acres!

Great hiking, I've only ever seen a couple other people here. People do ride horses back here, so be prepared if you have a dog.

As someone who knew Mr. Stout, I can tell you that he’d be fairly disappointed that the county hasn’t made this into the park he envisioned when he donated the land. It is a beautiful property that is loaded with lots of potential, but like many things touched by bureaucrats and politicians, this park is a under appreciated resource. It saddens me to think remember what Mr. Stout had hoped for his legacy.

Beautiful place, but its literally someone's house turned into a park and no bathrooms....not much of anything therefore its kidna confusing, but there are trials behind the barn
