Sarah is an excellent instructor and she makes the practice so enjoyable with her unique style of teaching. I encourage you to come and try it you will definitely enjoy it.

Even though I only take the class weekly, Sarah's compassion, good humor and peace keep me smiling for days. It is definitely the highlight of my week!
