Dupree Plumbing

I called Dupree this morning and Steven and Carlos were at my house after 2. They were very thorough. I was very appreciative about the options presented and the costs. I decided to go with the full line repair which will be done tomorrow! I didn’t want the bandaid repair. Thank you again Steven and Carlos!

I love this company. Brian has been servicing my home for years and he always does an excellent job. Appointments are easy to schedule and the customer service is great. I recently scheduled an appointment and was told that the earliest available date was the following week. I asked the representative to keep me informed if his availability changed. The next day, I received a call from Brian saying that he could stop by that day. My issue was resolved in 10 minutes.

Steve came out within an hour of calling Dupree Plumbing and was very friendly, upbeat and Professional. He did a fantastic job. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I will definitely use Dupree Plumbing for all my future Plumbing.

The repairman Matthew was timely. He took the time to explain why repair/rebuild of my builder grade disposal was a solution but not the wisest. Also showed me all price options. He was personable, friendly, and most importantly knowledgeable and skilled. I would recommend this company as I’ve used them before and always had a good experience.

Matt was my technician who came out to check my slab leak concern. He was very knowledgeable and explained what was happening. Him and his crew came in very professional shoe covers and all. Rerouted my pipes in my whole house and clean up. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend Dupree plumbing.
