Based upon her knowledge, assessment, and recommendation, I did the unexpected....I allowed her to do the big chop (cut all my permed hair). This was the first and only time in my life I let someone cut my hair on a first visit. This goes goes to show the trust I had in her. I loved, loved, loved my new hair cut and style!!!!! Gladys did a fabulous job! I loved her work so much that I made an appointment for my daughter and a follow up appointment for me.
