  We used Altair to remodel our Primary Bedroom and Bath. They did such a great job that we also contracted them to remodel our kitchen, secondary bath, addition of a 3rd bath and extension of our deck. Later we used them to add an office to allow us to work from home. Their work was very professional and of the highest quality. The team was a pleasure to work with and would not hesitate to work with them again.

  We have a long and very satisfying experience with the Marietta Alair team. Over the past 17 years, they have completed three major renovations in our home - our basement, our kitchen, and most recently our master bath and closet. All three projects were beautiful when completed, and won awards from the national organization for home remodelers. They also did a complete rebuild of our extensive rear deck with beautiful Brazilian hardwood and railings. We have gone back to them repeatedly because of their excellent work, their professionalism and their customer-oriented attitude and approach. On each project, they worked with us to understand our needs and ideas. They created a design, a schedule and a budget, and then executed according to the approved plan. There is no question their work has added greatly to the value and comfort of our home. We give them our highest recommendation.

  We hired Alair Homes Marietta to completely renovate our basement and install an elevator to create an accessible living space for a disabled family member. This project was multifaceted and a big undertaking to ensure not only a comfortable home but one that met our family member’s unique, daily needs. From the start of the project until its completion, we were pleased with the professionalism, knowledge, and ingenuity of the Alair Homes Marietta team.
  Sydney was our project manager, and on more than one occasion, she went above and beyond to make certain things were done correctly and well. She literally grew up in the business and has a wealth of experience, foresight, and talent. During the planning phase, Sydney looked into every detail of the project no matter how small and provided valuable insight and advice. Even though it may seem like an extra step, making all the project decisions upfront did save time during the construction phase of the project and was less stressful. It was also immensely helpful to have the option of using the services of an interior designer - Brittani of Wallace + Park is gifted, patient, and truly a joy to work with.
  Another positive component of the Alair model is transparency. Transparency of project costs and of any changes or concerns that arose. The cost for each line item is outlined to better help the client make decisions. Sydney always communicated project information clearly and thoroughly and was either on-site or checked in via phone every day.
  The finished project exceeded our expectations and follow-up afterward has been seamless. We are excited to start a second phase of renovations with the same Alair Homes Marietta team.

  We hired Alair Homes to build a two-car garage with an In-law suite built on our property as a separate structure. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! Our contractor was Jamie, and he was just incredible. He gave great budget updates, communicated well about any changes, and was on-site almost daily. If we had any concerns, he was so patient and would often make a special trip to talk to us about it. The entire project was done on time, which has seemed rare compared to other projects in our area. They even came in under budget! We would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to others.

  My husband and I just completed a major home renovation with Alair Homes Marietta and we couldn't be more pleased. When we first were searching out companies, I contacted 6 renovation companies and Alair was the only one that got back to me.
