Ms. Wallace was excellent with handling my case. She took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me get my case closed. She is one of the best case workers I have talked to at this office who actually helped me get things done. She was quick and didn’t make me feel like a case number. She was very pleasant to work with. She is truly an asset to this team and I will make sure I request her anytime I have questions.

Despite the reviews I read I had a great experience. The woman taking forms was polite and helpful. I had to wait for the child support employee to return from lunch, but even then it was a quick 45 minutes. He was very helpful, and explained the next step, made sure all my papers were in order and escorted me back out front. The whole process took less than an hour.
