(July 13, 2022, 9:38 am)Only one problem. I want all my bills online. The only time I know I owe money is when a get an email saying I'm overdue. That's no good. Why wait til i'm overdue? Email me my bills in a timely fashion. Thanks.
Addendum: Just heard from Ms. Rainwater, an Associate of the firm, that they are upgrading their online billing system and I can soon have everything emailed to me. Very responsive lady! -

I am now 53 and Rick is still my insurance agent. He has been my solid rock and we have never parted.

This office is FANTASTIC! On all claims that I have had through the years, they have IMMEDIATELY handled each claim professionally and completely. I would not even consider having my insurance coverage with anyone else and would HIGHLY recommend Rick Taylor's State Farm Agency to anyone. They are the BEST!
