(May 5, 2021, 9:56 am)While traveling from Atlanta to Pittsburgh, car issues derailed our trip. When the hotel we were staying in wasn't willing to help accommodate us with a late departure even though there were severe storms and tornado warnings, Jay went above and beyond to give us shelter and peace of mind. He was incredible with getting our issues corrected and getting us back on the road. We were traveling with 4 children under 10 and the patience he showed when we got there with our luggage and impatient kids was exemplary. I highly recommend this location to anyone!!!
