Head to Toe Running Camp

Head to Toe running camp was an incredible opportunity for me to prepare for cross country and track before the beginning of my Freshmen year of high school. This camp not only helped me increase speed, but also fix my form and play some fun games! Coach Poteet along with his daughter; Reagan connected with each individual athlete and were able to give us all helpful tips.

My two high schoolers gained so much from this camp. They worked hard and played hard for four days. The coaches used video analysis to help them improve their form and technique. We can’t wait to see the improvements they have made once the season starts.

Coach Poteet has worked with me for 2 years at Kell in cross country and track. He is honestly the reason I am running track right now and I have to say I am so glad that he gave me the confidence to start. He has helped me to thrive and become the best runner I could become in my 2 short years running for Kell. The things I have learned from him not only apply to running but can apply to my life in the future. He has so much knowledge about the sport and the techniques required to become a great runner. Him along with his daughter Reagan are an amazing duo and bring nothing but support to each runner. They are both amazing coaches and I can say with no doubt that it has been an honor to work with them. There are not enough words to use to thank Coach Poteet for all he has done for me as a athlete and as a person!

Both of my children have been training with Coach Poteet for the past two years for cross country and track. Both were running at a high level and Coach Poteet's training methods have shown even more positive results. He coaches proper running technique, endurance, speed, as well as mental fitness. I highly recommend this training.

Coach Poteet worked with my son starting in 7th grade all the way through High School. Not only is he very knowledgeable in the mechanics of running and how to train kids to compete physically at their highest level, he also brings many years of experience in the mental side of running. I watched my son blossom in his career through the combination of the two, as he was able to visualize his strategy prior to executing it and push through certain mental barriers through his races.
