(March 7, 2021, 7:27 pm)Pelican's shave their ice per customer so it is never packed down into one lump of ice like the ice-cream trucks sell. The flavors don't disappear either. It is good to the last drop! For those who like sour, an extra dab of sour flavor is worth the $0.50. It may seem a little pricey but the regular size and flavors still beat the ice-cream trucks prices for quantity and quality.

The employees are super nice and very accommodating! Had a spill and they were nice to replace it for us! Thank you for the awesome service! -
