Kathryn made my husband and I feel so supported and comforted during our sons birth. She was an absolute rock star with encouragement, coaching and helping me stay in the game during our labor. It’s so important to have a voice and feel in control during during your birth experience and Kathryn gave me support I needed to have both. She was my advocate, coach, comic relief and super hero. I would absolutely want her there with me if we are blessed again and she is such an asset to mothers and families in our community. I can’t recommend her enough as a first time Mom and as a healthcare worker.

Choosing Kathryn to be my support as a doula was one of the best choices I made as a first time mom. From our initial video conversation we instantly connected, and over the course of the following six months leading up to the birth she educated and prepared my husband and I, checked in with me, and even shared extra evidence-based resources. During the labor Kathryn was by my side, assisting and supporting in a way that only an experienced doula could support—everything from physical help with massage and counter pressure, coaching me through breathing techniques, to keeping me hydrated and assisting me to use the restroom. I’m now telling everyone how I can’t imagine my birth experience without Kathryn’s support. She’s a huge part of why I can say it was a truly positive, hospital birth experience I wanted and prepared for.

Kathryn truly has the heart of a doula. She very generously stepped in last minute (literally on my due date!) and took me on as a client when my own doula got sick. We never met in person until I was already at the hospital, but we clicked instantly. She was exactly the calm and confident presence my husband and I wanted in a doula, and it made all the difference as my son made his way into the world. If we ever get pregnant again, she’ll be one of the first calls I make! Thank you so much, Kathryn!!!

Kathryn is an amazing doula and we highly recommend her services! Our induction lasted several days, and even so, Kathryn communicated with us throughout each step of the way and provide much needed support. She made herself available to our every need during the process. Her nonjudgmental and calm demeanor was invaluable. I loved that she followed evidenced based practices while also incorporating some holistic elements.

Kathryn was an outstanding support and special gift during my birth journey. She brought a beautiful upbeat attitude into the room at my hospital delivery. She knew when to give me positive affirmations and when to get in there and physically provide hands on relief during the painful and uncomfortable times. My husband also felt very supported as he was able to rest while I labored though the night and into the next day. My husband now tells his friends "if you're going to have a baby, hire a doula!" 😂 I highly recommend her!!!
