Publix Super Market at Sandy Plains Exchange

Awesome place, very clean. The soup and salad bar close a little early in the evenings.

For grocery pick up: quick and efficient, we were in and out of the parking lot in less than 10 minutes. Associate was fast, efficient, and courteous. Too bad they jack the prices on (some) items when using the (Instacart) service.

The most intamate atmosphere from the lighting to the employees there. They all have some kinda chemistry, or character trait if you see them enough, which makes the banter fun. Just surprisingly genuine. the only thing holding the service back is just the layout and size of the store, it's in a plaza and old.

So not much they can do to change it, but as long as I can get my groceries, it won't stop me from coming back.

Good customer service.

It's clean, the staff are helpful, the pharmacy has a fast turn around.... I mean, it's Publix. But the reason for this post is to provide a shout out to one specific worker. I hope I am spelling her name correctly but I believe it to be Soju. She is a short and older woman that works the cashier. She is ALWAYS so sweet. She asks how my day is and I have never gone through her lane and left without at least two compliments. She even asks my name so she can address me by name when she says goodbye and tells me to have a wonderful day. I hope management reads this and that this kind lady is awarded some form of recognition. Five stars to this employee... all the way!
