I received a reminder call, a call to notify the tech was on his way and his ETA. Bob was very informative about the work he was doing, the care and maintenance for my grandfather clock, and what I could expect going forward. I highly recommend this company. Even though their wait time for an appointment is long, its definitely worth the wait. Thank you for returning the clock sounds and music to my house.
