After speaking with salesman Chris and asking very detailed questions about the advertised set my husband and I decided to drive 1 hr 20 mins to the store to purchase a couch and love seat. When we arrived at the store the set did not fully match the description in the ad.
However, Robert was super nice, super accommodating and provided excellent customer service. We ended up purchasing the set and are happy with our purchase. We appreciate the professionalism and awesome customer experience from Robert. Thank you! -
