I called and asked about any extra dealership fees or taxes before ever driving over to look at the car. They answered everything I asked about on the phone. We purchased a Mazda 3 and the car ran like a champ. (my son totaled it 1.5yrs later). I had no trouble getting the paperwork to have the car registered. People think it is instant and that isn't the case because the state has to record the sale and then release before you can walk in and have the car titled in your name. My personal experience with this dealership was positive.
