When every other doctor gave up on my wife's foot, Dr Stephen Barrett never did. He said the process was like peeling an onion and he kept peeling until he has her walking again. She was in a wheelchair for several years and he finally got her on crutches and now she's walking much more.

The thing is he never gives up and we view him as a nerve genius. So many patients are misdiagnosed with plantars or tarsal tunnel. All we can say is when all else fails, you need to seek out a doctor with AENS. We drive nearly 200 miles one way to see Dr Barrett. We're so grateful for his help and our Tricare insurance for authorizing her visits.

Her issues began in 2016 and we finally got to Dr Barrett at the end of 2020. There were several surgeries and procedures the last on 18 Oct 2021 which seems to have provided the most relief and gotten back on her foot. He does what he does because of patients like her. He's one of the best there is and we highly recommend you seek him out

I was having pains in my leg for over a year and needed an answer. I travelled from outside the US to see Dr. Ducasse about my pains and was worried that I would not be able to find an answer much less a solution. My experience even before walking in the office was good, upon entering the office it became great. The team who assisted me was awesome. They demonstrated genuine care and concern and that they were knowledgeable and experienced from the questions they asked and that they listened to things I didn't even say. I felt that they had my wellbeing at the forefront of their minds and they were going to help me. Even just being in the office made my pain feel less severe. They were thorough, and I left the office with answers and options. I was helped. They were wonderful people caring for people and it felt like I was their only patient. Thank you.

Dr. DuCasse was out of this world awesome. I’ve been to 4 other specialists and none of them could figure out my issues that was starting to get worse by the day. I was referred to her by a friend of mine who was also treated by Dr. DuCasse and I will say she was worth the wait. The staff there was also so friendly and the facility was so clean. I will definitely recommend her to anyone.

I have had neuropathy in my left leg for 15 months. I’ve got to my primary care physician, another general practitioner, a neurologist, and naturopath doctors. I have changed my diet, eliminated alcohol, sugar, wheat, and any food/drink that causes inflammation. I supplement with Isagenix and Juice Plus. I take vitamins and minerals. I use a TENS machine regularly, Lidocaine patches, heating blankets, and do weekly IV vitamin infusions. I’ve been telling doctors for 15 months that my leg/foot hurt. I’ve read a book on neuropathy. I had all the blood tests done at my PCP (per my request) that people with neuropathy need to have done to eliminate caused. I had my B vitamin levels checked, my A1C.... I researched to find a doctor who specializes in neuropathy. I found Dr. Barrett. I read up on his credentials. I read the reviews of his patients and I made an appointment. I cannot even begin to tell you how happy I am to have found this man. He is a God-send. He knows his stuff. He took the time to listen to me. His office staff is fabulous too. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They are clearly a team with positive energy and dynamics. I got all checked in and Dr. Barrett did an ultrasound on my leg and saw what was causing me pain. I almost burst out crying in his office just from having someone acknowledge what I’ve been saying for a long time. I’ve endured this pain all this time and no one could see it. Then, in ONE visit, he identified the issue immediately. He is helping me to get well. I didn’t want a doctor to give me pills for the rest of my life. I want to solve the root cause. Dr. Barrett and his team are all about total body health. He is exactly who I’ve been looking for!! He is everything I hoped he would be and more. I am so happy and honored to be one of his patients!!!!!
