Atlanta Road Body Shop

After my vehicle was hit while in a parking lot, the other driver's insurance instructed me to choose a body shop for the repair work. A friend had used Atlanta Road Body Shop before and was quite pleased with the work. I'm glad I chose ARBS for my repairs! My vehicle looks great! They were thorough, professional, personable, and even with the delays in getting needed parts and working with the insurance for added repairs needed, the work was completed in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend this shop!

Great service. I needed some cosmetic issues fixed, some pieces replaced, but at a good price as it wasn’t insurance covered (out of pocket). I worked with Jeff, he saw what I needed, heard me what I was asking, and was very patient when I was indecisive on the work I wanted to go with. He provided different estimates for what I was looking for.

Since it was a non-emergency situation (vehicle was completely safe to drive), I had to book a month ahead, but they were able to get my parts in and I was able to get it completed much earlier than scheduled.

Highly recommend.

We had an entire car door damaged by a runaway (?) Shopping cart. Our auto insurance, USAA, suggested this business. We had to pay our $1,000. Deductible then ins. Picked up the rest but we were EXTREMELY HAPPY with the very quick body repair & EXCELLENT attitude of all staff We came in contact with. The car was ready before the estimated finish time & they did great work! 👍 We recommend this business for sure!
