Everytime I stop here to get my grand son a happy meal there is always some kind of issue. Most days the order taker can't seem to handle taking orders. There will be a line out onto the street. The order taker will take the order of car 1 and take that persons money before attempting to take the next order. Which causes a great backup. I have been picking up my mobile order and watched this happen numerous times. I have also been stuck in the line waiting.

This was our first visit to our cherished dentists since the beginning of the pandemic. We are so fortunate that their practice has survived all of the turmoil of the past two years. I would like to commend Drs. Alex and Leslie on their choices pertaining to staff. Jennifer got me settled in and took my X-rays, Dr. Alex checked me, and Elizabeth did the deep cleaning. I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with her. She did a fantastic job, and the practice is very fortunate to have her as an employee. Kudos to you all for surviving an unprecedented year.

I am very happy to have found Patrick Family Dental Care over two years ago.. My wife and I are regular patients and have all of our annual and semi-annual checkups there. However, a few days ago, I experienced a crack on one of my newer crowns that was installed by another dentist in another city. I called Patrick Family Dental Care and because I wasn’t experiencing any pain or discomfort, they were able to fit me in within a week. I went there today and Dr. Patrick was able to remove the damages crown and replaced it with a temporary crown. The dental assistant who took care of me was extremely professional and attentive in every way. He made sure I was comfortable and kept me informed of every step in the process. At no time was I uncomfortable or anxious during the entire process which took over 1 1/2 hours. Dr. Patrick was gentle, efficient and friendly as was his assistant. Finally, I was kept well informed about the cost of the procedure and was immediately scheduled for the installation of the permanent crown in two weeks. Overall, the experience was painless, comfortable and professional. It’s the best dental office in the Atlanta area!

I got a new hygienist for the first time. Her name is Nichole and she is just a plain sweetheart but moreover she was thorough and spent time in cleaning my gums and teeth. She gave me tips to avoid having a receding gums. Afterwards as always Dr. Alex did the examination and we then exchange news about each other’s family. Visiting Patrick Family Dental Care is like going to see your friends. We have been taken cared of for more than 10 years. I am happy that I referred my Vinings Estates neighbors and friends to them.

Everyone that works at the office, has such a positive attitude and are very friendly! Five stars all the way!
I do want to add, Dr. Leslie saw me this time, she was very thorough, and was very patient with answering any questions, I might have had. Nicole who did my x-rays was awesome!

Everyone in this office is top-notch! Although I see Dr Leslie for the major things, everyone who assists is competent.

I appreciate how thorough she is, and explains aspects of your procedure. To her credit, she might be more of a perfectionist than I am!

Another thing that is so important to me that other dentists miss is bedside manner. She’s a natural.

I would recommend this practice to friends and family. Even just for a teeth cleaning.
