FIT CORE Physical Therapy

If Physical Therapy can be said to be enjoyed, and Fit Core can certainly be enjoyed. I have been going there for almost two years, first with Barbara, the owner, and now with Amanda. Both are well trained and make you confident that they are doing a professional job of addressing your problem. When each session is over, you feel encouraged that you are making progress. I have Parkinson’s, which doesn’t allow for much progress. There is no known cure - you just get worse and worse - but these ladies help you keep a positive attitude about what they, and you yourself, can do to deal with the Parkinson’s issues.

Excellent one on one therapy. I especially love the cupping and have really grown to enjoy needling too. I always get a lot of relief from my visits and leave with a much greater body awareness.
