(July 7, 2023, 12:38 pm)I dropped in and it was a great experience. The owner got me signed in and the coach of the class was great. The members were friendly and the facility was very clean and organized. They have a great Crossfit Kids program that looked like fun.

(April 28, 2015, 9:00 pm)AMAZING atmosphere!! This is by far the most awesome CrossFit community and facility I have encountered! This is a no-pressure environment where you can come in and work out with awesome people and excellent coaches. The people are friendly and there aren't "clicks" like most CrossFit gyms that I have seen. I have been coming here since August, and absolutely love everything about the place!! Lots of space, lots of activities. In addition to CrossFit, they offer Olympic lifting three days a week, weekly rowing clinics and some of the most caring and talented coaches I have met. The folks that make up this community are nothing short of amazing. I have never felt so welcome. I highly recommend these folks!!. The facility is the largest and best that I have seen, and there is enough equipment there to train the Army! I thank God for the day He led me to this place!
