I was told my room didn't have a fridge but it did and the A/C worked. There definitely was some unfinished parts of the room but overall for just having to sleep there it was fine.”

Something that is rare nowadays. Most tell you whatever you want to hear in order to book the procedure. If you are lucky enough to get on his schedule I say good for you. He is booked very heavily.
