She truly listened to my concerns, and we developed a plan that was customized to me needs. I arrived nearly 45 minutes, and they were able to accommodate me sooner than I expected seeing as I was so early. I very much appreciated that. Dr. Kelley was very knowledgeable and shared other pieces of information that she thought would benefit me past what I was there for. The actual procedure was SO PAINLESS. The numbing cream helped wonders, and the initial lidocaine numbing injection was the slightest pinch & a sting, not even a 1/10 pain scale. Overall a wonderful experience. I can't report on the procedure yet itself as it hasn't been 6-8 weeks, but from my experience so far I would 1000% would recommend.”
