“Let's be real here, this is not a high end clinic and it is what it is. That being said, if you have the right expectations, you will have a good experience. I did sign up online but didn't see the doctor until 45 minutes past the appointment time. That is something she did apologize for and let me know they have to accept patients who come in before your appointment if there is no one already checked in. Once I was in the room with her, she was very good about assessing my issues. I was expecting to be put on antibiotics for sinuses but she found my ear was just really clogged with wax and cleaned it out for me. It was all that was needed. What I liked best was how kind and caring she was with me, and I left feeling 100000x better. Also after insurance I did not have to pay much out of pocket!”
