“Greg and his team made an unexpected life event so smooth. Our dog turned our stove on while we were out and smoked the whole house out. While we were lucky it wasn't worse, but the house reeked of smoke and soot was found across the house. Greg showed up immediately and was so professional, calm, and walked me through the whole process. His expertise and team fully executed everything they said they would do. I am amazed at how quickly everything in our life went back to normal. I immediately trusted him and his team and they 100% backed their word up with incredible work and an aggressive timeline. “I would like to thank ServPro for extending themselves in our time of crisis. We had a pipe burst in our ceiling and flood multuple rooms on the lower level of our home. ServPro responded quickly and effectively to assist and remedy the issue. Avery, our project manager was terrific. He personally came out the same day and immediately began the process of restoration. He graciously scheduled himself to returned when our insurance adjuster came to perform the inspection for our claim and was very helpful in assisting with explaining to her what was required to get our home back to satisfactory living conditions and free of any harmful mold in the areas that were affected. He and his team where so patient and never made me feel like a nuisance, because of my lack of knowledge about the processes they needed to perform. They answered ALL, and I had more than a few, questions and always made certain I not only understood, but was comfortable with each step. I can't tell you how much peace that brought. Even when they were busy with demanding schedules, they made certain to communicate with me and so I knew we were important and just as high of a priority. May I mention, we are NOT in their normal service area, but they came and helped us anyway! NOW THAT SPEAKS VALUMES, because they didn't have to extend themselves. An extra special thank you to Angela and Jackson. I've said a lot, but I can't say enough about these two ServPro team members! They are definitely an asset to the company and I can only hope that ServPro truly knows their value and how AMAZING their work ethics are.
