The people I talked to were all very courteous and I spoke to my delivery person who seems very nice. They were quick to help me get set up to start receiving my mail. I was worried about the call when I saw the other reviews. I had a great experience but I made a point not to call during peak periods (opening, lunch time, closing, etc). I was definitely frustrated when I wasn't receiving my packages on time but when they explained that the form we haphazardly threw away was needed to get the mail going again, I understood the problem and didn't place blame on any of them. Being kind to your postal workers goes a long way despite your frustration, guys. Thanks again to this location for exceeding my expectations and taking the time to explain things for a first timer.”

“7/3/2021: Service is still fast and friendly but the food has taken a nose dive. The only thing good tonight was the won ton soup...I had the cashew chicken dinner special with fried rice, spring roll and soup. As I said, the soup was good and the entre was fine but the fried rice was horrible and the spring roll was worse than any frozen-make-at-home. I think this maybe the time to find another restaurant.”

“I live in South Carolina and have been purchasing from here since 2018 when they were Select Luxury Cars. While there this weekend, my Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio sprang a coolant leak due to a service mistake made by my local dealer in South Carolina. Not only did Chase (the service manager) work me in the same day, he also contacted my local dealer that caused the issue and worked out the dealer-to-dealer compensated repair, so no out-of-pocket to me. In addition, as we waited for the verdict, James (salesman) made my wife and I more than comfortable and welcome by constantly checking on our well-being and status (mind you we weren't even there to shop for a car). And Finally, one of the partners in the Alfa Romeo Marietta dealership (sorry, I forget the gentleman's name), bent some loaner/rental rules so that my wife and I could make the 244mi trip back home until our car is repaired. To sum things up, Alfa Romeo Marietta greatly softened the impact of a terrible situation. Highly recommended.”
